The new 70,000-square-foot recreation center includes an aquatic center, a 20,000-square-foot gym (which can be divided into four separate areas), an elevated track, machine and free weights area, a child care center, and party rooms.

Aquatic amenities include a stunning 4,500-square-foot competition pool with eight 25-yard lap lanes, and a 4,500-square-foot leisure pool with zero-depth and stair entries. The leisure pool is designed with a waterslide that loops outside one corner of the building and lands next to the leisure pool. It also has a current channel, underwater benches, three 25-yard lap lanes, and a play structure.
