Lake Jackson Leisure Pool

The plaster of the Lake Jackson Rec Center's leisure pool was in poor condition, flaky, and braking off in large chunks. The pool underwent a complete strip of plaster down to the concrete shell, and new quartz plaster was applied to an area of approximately 4,400 square feet. The main drain, or VGBA, covers were replaced. In addition, there was re-plumbing of the pump room to increase serviceability for operators. Schedule 40 PVC was replaced with schedule 80, and new flow meters were added as well.
