This is about as cutting edge as it gets. The vision of a local developer was to take an acre and a half roof top deck and turn it into a water park. Centered around the lazy river in the shape of Texas, we have created a one of a kind destination property that will attract the convention and tourism to the great City of Houston. We are proud to say we took the lead on the design and construction of this phenomenal and iconic water feature.
